This version of Tugger seem to get the right amount of energy. Very frisky and mischievious but the costume design kinda suck ngl. The design look rushed and it's seem less cat like compare to the original.

Let’s just say that the costume designers changed the pretty cool looking original costume from 1992 to a look that really reminds you of those young men who sell drugs in thin alleyways at midnight. 🤦‍♀️
